For my concentrated area I am portraying still life as 60s pop art in an abstract style. I was inspired by Warhol and Hockney for the use of bright vivid colors, and high contrast between lights and darks, and I also admired collage work. As much as I absolutely love traditional pop art style, I found myself draw to a less minimal design full of texture but still with a more abstract form.
